Skeletal, thin-lipped, dark-eyed actor with a lick of dark hair, bringing a creepy presence to a number of horror films (as well as a good variety of mainstream movies) for almost 50 years. He went white-haired for perhaps his most memorable role, the embalmer from 1985's Return of the Living Dead.
