Strong-chinned, good-looking American actor and stuntman, with thick dark brown hair. The son of actor Danny Aiello, he often appeared in his father's films, as well as the early work of Spike Lee. He made his acting debut in Silent Madness (1984), then concentrated on stuntwork for a few years before stepping back in front of the camera, mainly in tough supporting roles on either side of the law: Do the Right Thing (1989), Downtown (1990), The Closer (1990), Jungle Fever (1991), 29th Street (1991), Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (1992), Me and the Kid (1993), Endangered (1994), Clockers (1995), Hollywood Confidential (1997), A Brooklyn State of Mind (1998), Other Voices (2000), One Eyed King (2001), She Hate Me (2004), Brooklyn Lobster (2005), The Gentleman (2007), Sex and the City (2008), Destination Fame (2012), Twin Peaks: The Missing Pieces (2014) and Nobody's Perfect (2016). In poor health in his last years, he died from pancreatic cancer.
