Bright-eyed, cherubic child actor in 'Our Gang' shorts, who became the youngest member of the Screen Actors' Guild in 1934, but was washed up in films a year later, becoming a casting director and sound effects editor with Warner Brothers. His 'Our Gang' shorts included Uncle Tom's Uncle, Telling Whoppers and The Fourth Alarm (all 1926). Despite a few feature film appearances, his teenage/adult career never got going: Reducing (1931), The Firebird (1934), Shipmates Forever (1935). His last film role was as a newsboy in the Bette Davis film Special Agent (1935).
