Bubbly blonde singer who, with her twin, Lee Wilde (died 2015), sang with Bob Crosby's band in the early 1940s, before an entree into films. As The Wilde Twins, the sisters appeared in nine more movies together before Lyn continued her career as a heroine of 'B' westerns, as well as dancing and singing with cameos in 'A' list musicals. Born Mary Lyn Wilde, she made her film debut in the short Jingle Belles (1941). Later credits include Juke Box Jenny (1942), Presenting Lily Mars (1943), Andy Hardy's Blonde Trouble (1944), Twice Blessed (1945), Till the Clouds Roll By (1946), Campus Honeymoon (1948), Sheriff of Wichita (1948), Look for the Silver Lining (1949), Show Boat (1951), The Belle of New York (1952), Has Anybody Seen My Gal (1952), I Love Melvin (1953) and The Girl Next Door (1954), her last.
