Fair-haired son of Rex Harrison, with laconic good looks, a ski-racing champion who turned to singing (his best-remembered song is Windmills of Your Mind), as well as dabbling with an acting career in largely lightweight roles. After a debut in The Best of Enemies (1961), he made Hot Enough for June (1964), The Amorous Adventures of Moll Flanders (1965), Where the Spies Are (1965), the TV series The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. (1966-67), Take a Girl Like You (1969), Call Home (1972), Power (1985), Deja Vu (1997) and The Murder in China Basin (1999), his last. Three times married, he died from a heart attack. The actress Cathryn Harrison is one of his five children.
