Eight comic cops go to a police congress in Florida. Looking only for a good time, they blow up a beached whale, enjoy some sex on the side and come up against a local drug lord and corrupt authority.
The stars of a successful US TV series not seen in the UK are way, way over the top here in a vain, toilet-humoured pursuit of laughs. None of the latter are captured in a very American movie, and one wonders why it's foisted on British cinemas when so much more interesting Hollywood stuff goes straight to DVD. A very long 81 minutes. Ghastly.
